We support teams to develop data systems that are meaningful so that educators at every level can do better work. We work on “both sides” improving data quality while simultaneously growing educators’ capacity to look at and use data effectively.

Professional Learning

Our team grounds our work in the principles of adult learning. We provide professional learning on multiple strands of work including: team development, instruction, grading practices, data dives, and more. Educators leave with practical skills and ways of thinking about the work they can leverage for further improvement down the road.
